Re-gathering of translations
somehow several documentations were not included in the first run

Use svn cp to maintain history from previous messages
When available, KF5 messages were used;
When not, KDE4 were used.

Copy KDE SC 4.12 stable translations to trunk (future 4.13)


Don't panic! As for the workflow of the Italian team, trunk
translations have not been touched, while the stable ones
have been updated, hence the copy.

Copy Italian translations from 4.11 to stable branch

In the Italian workflow we usually translate one branch at a time, the
most translated branch is 4.11 and it was not copied to trunk before
trunk was copied back to stable.

fixup/harmonize PO comment and header all around (#4)

in the PO comment:
- fixup "translation of ... to Italian" comment, and remove extra & translated versions of it
- collapse copyright entries which had the same name + email
- fill the correct .po name
- remove unnecessary lines
- few name fixes

in the PO header:
- fill the correct .po name in "Project-Id-Version"
- fixup the values of "Language-Team" and "Language" headers
- remove obsolete "X-KDE-DocBook-SVN-URL", "X-KDE-DocBook-SVN-Changed-Revision" and "X-KDE-Associated-UI-Catalogs" headers
- remove unnecessary lines

this way we can make use of scripty's merging which preserves the old messages for fuzzies
