Reenable the FcFontMatch optimization and detect working fontconfig
versions at runtime.

A patch that helps with using XCursors instead of the old core
cursors for e.g. DND.

Keep #0066 disabled, but say it's fine with fixed fontconfig.

It seems the crash can come with all fontconfig versions, disable
for now, needs more investigation.

Add a note that certain fontconfig versions crash with the patch.

Two patches that make Qt rely noticeably less on (slow) fontconfig
font listing, resulting in significant performance gains. They could
still use a bit more testing, I myself consider them stable though.

moving list of applied patches into the qt-copy dir itself.
i considered naming the state file patches/.applied, but then it would
be just a matter of time until somebody checked in his locally modified
version. now it's still not impossible, but at least unprobable. any
idea how to make this file immutable for svn? an acl maybe? dirk?

This patch just causes other bugs elsewhere.
