Removed the only 2 (wrong) assumptions in the code, regarding the
maximum number of rects per highlight and the points in a polyline :-)

Albert: this fixes completely the 109516, but only in _annotations, of
course.

Initial hack to get kpdf working with multipage
TIFF images.

A slight diversion into multi-page TIFF image support
for kpdf.

Fixing the 2 bugs Albert told me. Introduced a good looking gradient
highlight when hovering links.

SVN_SILENT Adding user whish.

Nicer bi-color progress indicator. Fits current theme, using
highlight color as base, overlayed by gfx in highlightedText color.

Set the workingCursor() while generating pages (not when switching to
cached ones).

Implemented the 240 votes bug and the #1 wanted feature for my presentation
on next thursday :-). Code is in branches/kpdf/annotations.

 and should apply cleanly, or with few line changes, on Head.

KNewStuff client nearly complete - multiple simultaneous downloads
supported - no more windows popping up, all is displayed on the dialog

  All transfers are handled internally, giving user the feedback right
inside the window. There are pair of bugs, but installing (aka plain
downloading) and uninstalling (aka deltion) of files are already
handled.

What to do next:
- remove bugs (reparent AvailableItem(s) to the main class, not the
  view and deference pointers after deletion will fix the crash; it
  can even be fixed by limiting user's freedom and force him/her to
  act only on currently displayed items; btw this way is deprecated)
- handle install/removal notifications on the app
- check the whole flow of the operation. check for unstable states
  (seems not the case) and unreachable ones
- clean it up and ship that client with kpdf, since:
*knewstuff in kde4 will be cleaner and better*
