Adding a working gammu engine *hurrah*
The engine requires at least gammu 1.10 (which is the latest version at the moment)

What *should* be working right now:
- all basic functions (like retrieving phone status and information=
- all address book functions (retrieving, editing, adding, deleting)
- dialing
- retrieving sms

What *could* be working (untested):
- ringing notification

What needs to fixed:
- sending and storing sms (don't know how to detect which folder is the "outgoing" one)

Still missing:
- probing of phones
- calendar functions
- interaction with gammu configuration (config is still hard-coded)
- much more ;-)...
