- improved support for running on win64 machines, where most programs are in C:\Program Files (x86) and for which there is a separate env var (which of course couldn't be the same as on win32!). And just because it wouldn't be a painful enough otherwise, the batch script parser has a bug and interprets any parenthesis in a variable name/value as a closing block parenthesis! Fortunately, delayed expansion prevailed.

- Added some Mobile SDK setup steps, and moved some stuff from kdesettings-example.bat in there, where it belongs imho.
