Reorganisation of the source files and improvement of the Makefile.am
files.

This is a rather large (as of yet incomplete) rewrite of knapsack. This version introduces some important new features:
 - better AI algorithm with possibility to save parameters to disk
 - pluggable framework that can use modules for
   - describing the context of urls
   - providing urls
   - describing the context

The main princible behind the new AI is that it will look for
associations between aspects of the context and the url/file contents.
Every association can have a positive or negative connotation. Only the
most recent and most significant associations are stored.

Moved source code from 0.6 branch into trunk

Made a new branch for the newCore code, which was in trunk but needs more time to develop, so the Kat team dediced to move it into a branch, and move the code in the 0.6 branch into trunk instead
